Everyone has been addicted to KAOS on Netflix (even The Guardian – notorious low scorers – gave it 5 stars out of 5). Our Managing Director even moreso given she has just returned from Greece and went to the Parthenon, Poseidon’s Gate and ancient ruins hearing all the stories of the Gods.
Made us think. If there was a God of Merchandise up there on Mount Olympus then what might his powers be? Poseidon controlled the water. Aphrodite was all about love. Maybe our branded merchandise overlord would control fashion (although given Dionysus liked to party hard then and was quite the trend setter, he might have wanted that title). After all, one of the best parts of our job at ORB is to ensure we are providing ideas and sourcing products that are going to be popular with brand fans.
Who knows maybe this year, given the success of the aforementioned show, we will be having to design and produce branded chitons or tainia headbands? They were big fans of nudity but branded birthday suits are a little trickier.
